The purpose of this part of the Christ Church web site is to make it easy to access and fill out the various forms which the church needs to comply UK Data Protection legislation (GDPR) [Link] and to ensure that everyone is safe (safeguarding), especially children and vulnerable adults. These forms can be filled in online or PDF copies can be downloaded and emailed to the Parish Office at parish.office@nullcc-nutfield.org.uk.
Personal Data & Consent Form – To be filled out by adults and children over 16 years of age. This provides us with information about you (some of which is optional), and the ways in which you allow us to use it. LINK
Child Registration Form – to be filled out for each child involved in church related activities. Any carers/parents cited on the form must have completed the Personal Data & Consent Form. LINK
Application for Enrolment on the Church Electoral Roll. Required to be filled out by every person who wishes to be included in the Christ Church Electoral Roll. Since the roll is being renewed in 2025, previous applications are no longer valid. LINK
